Request data deletion

This page explains how to remove selected Mesozoica progress while keeping your account so you can continue using the app.

About Mesozoica

How to request data deletion

In the Mesozoica app:

1. Open Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open the Account tab.
4. Tap Delete data.
5. Choose the categories to remove (site progress, fossil progress, dinosaur progress, and/or skill XP).
6. Confirm Delete data.

After confirmation, the selected content is removed immediately and cannot be undone. You must be signed in to complete this request.

What we delete

When deleting data but keeping your account, Mesozoica removes the categories you select:

• site progress linked to your account;
• fossil progress linked to your account;
• dinosaur progress linked to your account;
• skill XP and career level, if you choose that option.

What we keep

To let you sign in again, Mesozoica keeps your account identity:

• email and username;
• authentication method (password, Google, and/or Apple links);
• remaining gameplay categories you did not select;
• minimum account metadata needed for access and security.
